Accessibility
Our ongoing commitment to an inclusive, keyboard-friendly file utility workspace.
Our commitment
FreeFileFast is committed to providing an inclusive experience and to improving accessibility as the service changes. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference. This is an ongoing good-faith commitment, not a guarantee that every feature will work perfectly with every device, browser, or assistive technology.
Measures we take
- Semantic controls, labels, headings, and status announcements.
- Visible keyboard focus and keyboard alternatives to dragging.
- Responsive layouts, touch targets, and contrast-aware themes.
- Reduced-motion support and stable processing-state regions.
- Automated checks plus keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and viewport review as part of release work.
Known variability
Complex crop controls, canvases, media waveforms, PDF previews, browser-native file dialogs, and third-party editor components may behave differently across assistive technologies. We work to provide labeled controls, text feedback, and non-drag alternatives where practical.
Accessibility feedback
If a feature is difficult to use, email support@freefilefast.com. Include the page or tool, browser, operating system, assistive technology, and a short description of the barrier. Do not attach a sensitive source file; use a small non-sensitive example only if needed. We review accessibility feedback and prioritize reasonable improvements based on impact and feasibility.
