Protect your files and account information

Do not email confidential files, passwords, authentication tokens, private personal data, or production secrets. FreeFileFast support does not need your original file to access a locally generated result. If a file is essential to reproduce a problem, create a small non-sensitive fixture.

FreeFileFast reviews messages and routes them according to the type and urgency of the issue. Response and resolution times vary with complexity, available information, and message volume. Sending a message does not create a guaranteed response time or support service level.
